JOURNAL PUBLICATION TRIM SIZE: 6" WIDE X 9" HIGH (VERTICAL FORMAT)
FULL-PAGE TRIM: 6" wide x 9" high (Please add 1/4" bleed.)
HALF-PAGE ADS: 5" x 3 1/2" (Half-page ads are HORIZONTAL FORMAT. No bleed.) PLEASE INCLUDE COMPANY NAME IN SUBJECT LINE OF EMAIL AND NAME YOUR FILE WITH YOUR COMPANY'S NAME
File formats:
- PDF: PDF/x-1a:2001 or PRESS-READY: Embed fonts and supporting files.
- INDESIGN CS5 or higher: Include all fonts and links in job folder.
- ILLUSTRATOR CS5 or higher: Convert all fonts to outline and include links.
- PHOTOSHOP CS5 or higher: Send original native file with all layers (images must be 300 dpi at 100% actual size).
- WORD docs will be typeset by publisher. Logos must be sent as separate files in eps, tif or jpg format; 100% of actual size at 300 dpi.
